SS Galaxy Cruise Contract
BY PAYING INTO A RENTO/AUTOLEASE UNIT IN SAGITTARIA ESTATE AND ON BOARD THE SS GALAXY, YOU ARE AGREEING AND ACCEPTING TO THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS RENTAL AGREEMENT & COMMUNITY RULES.
1. We do not take RSVP, all units are first come first serve based on availability. There is no refund nor exchange on the rents paid into a rent box.
2. Prim limits are all inclusive. This means all your furniture, vehicles, and pets(indoor only) all counts towards your total prim limit. Also the prim limit is the number of prims allocated to the unit, roommates will need to share the total prim limit per unit. Renting multiple units within the same sim will allow you to share the total prims at any of your rented locations in that sim. No cross sim prim sharing.
3. The registered tenant may give door & window access by via the control keypad in inside the unit. Authorized people on this access list can not be removed until the rent box expires and the unit is reset to vacant. Harbor Towers units do not offer this feature, only registered tenant has locking access.
4. Tenants will need to Find "Galaxy Cruise" group and join(About Land, General tab, group info). The name is based on our oringinal island community. It is open enrollment and free. Tenants will need to set objects to the group(to avoid autoreturn) by activating the group title while rezzing them.
5. We do allow and can provide a SLCN tv to be set up in your suite. Please contact a cruise director to set up and deed the tv for you
6. No commercial usage in suites, staterooms, and cabins onboard the SS Galaxy.
7. No large unsightly exterior objects or builds. No sky boxes and/or platforms. The Management reserve the rights to remove anything that are deemed obtrusive without notifying its owner.
8. Be mindful of your textures and scripts usage. As our estate population grows, we may need to adjust this rule to address lag and other performance issues. No Textures in excess of 512x512, for example.
9. All prims onboard the SS Galaxy have been allocated to structures and rents. No additional prims can be rented. However, you may rent additional units and use the total prims in all or one location in the same sim.
10. No tenant installed scripted security and/or monitoring devices are allowed on the SS Galaxy. No temp-rez objects.
11. The SS Galaxy Management reserves the rights to delete or return any objects, evict and/or ban anyone who violates these rules, without refund of their rents. The SS Galaxy Management and Owners are not responsible for any lost and/or damage of personal properties occurred anywhere with in Sagittaria Estate due to vandals, theft, and technical glitches. The SS galaxy Management reserves the right to change rental pricing and/or prim limits and/or any other terms in this contract at anytime without notice. Please get updates of this contract frequently.
