Thank you for your interest to join our team. We are currently hiring entry level commissioned sales staff to promote our accommodations and services. This position has no work hour requirements. The more time you spend on the ship helping the visitors, the more chances you will make the commissions. Commissioned Staff role description:
- to act as ship's hospitality host/hostess
- to assist visitors with questions about the ship's amenities and services
- to assist at ship events
- commissions are paid when assisting a new renter renting a room, 20% of the renter's initial payment (IM Nova Straaf with the renter's name and room number)
- 10% commission(of the Ship Use Fee) when assisting a private event booking
- available to work at private events with pay (usually 500L per hour)
- hired with a "Cruise Trainee" title until first commission is made, then will be promoted to "Cruise Staff"
